About Us 

Dependable On-Site Scan & Shred was established as a Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) for securing primary and subcontractor opportunities  with the State of California. 

The company was established by Parish Morris, a service-connected disabled veteran. 

Parish has 20 years experience in government records handling procedures, records retention, records filing and records destruction procedures of both classified and non-classified records.  

In the beginning the business was created by seeing a  niche in the market by providing shredding services to small customers both commercial and residential, later the services were integrated with targeted services to local governmental agencies. 

All documents will be shredded on your premises, witnessed by you, and confidentiality will be maintained at every step.  You will have the legal peace of mind in knowing that nothing confidential will leave your premises until it is first destroyed.  We provide authenticity of destruction by signing or approving the certificate of destruction confirming that the documents are properly destroyed.
